How to Do a Life Audit

How to Do a Life Audit:
This is a great exercise to reflect on your life and check how you are spending your time. Conducting this life audit will help you think of what you want and how many hours you have in a day to do what you want. A life audit is enlightening, it will reveal how much time is wasted by doing the mundane activities.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
Things You’ll Need:
* Life
* Pen and paper
* Honesty with yourself

Step 1
Start by looking at your current routine. Take a pen and paper, write down how many hours you sleep, eat, work, socialize and do household chores. Ask yourself: “what quality time do I have to pursue my dreams and interests?”

Step 2
Analyze and check if there are a few tasks that can be done away with so you can gain a few hours for yourself to work towards achieving your goals in life.

Step 3
Re-assess your life and decide what you want for your future. Listen to your inner voice and discover what you need to do to fulfill your dreams.

Tips & Warnings
* Be honest with yourselfTake time to do this exercise.
* Evaluate what is important in your life as to what is urgent.
