How to Face fear and Do it anyway:
Fear can paralize you and stop you from taking action to achieve your goals. In this article we are going to go look at some steps that will help you face your fear so you will go ahead and do what you need to do anyway. If you let fear stop you, it will just keep you from achieving greater success in life. There are few things you can do to get over it and move ahead.

Things you will need:
* An open mind
* Willingness to try these steps
* Personal Development books
* Coach or mentor

Step 1.
All it takes is to take that first step in faith. The first step is the hardest, once you have taken that first baby step, you will just take the next one naturally.

Step 2
Write out the benefits it will give you when you face your fear and take on the challenge. Write out as many as you can think of. This exercise will help you when think of everything you stand to gain by doing it.

Step 3
You need to prepare your mind that you are going to do it no matter what. If you resolve to go ahead and put yourself out there, things will start to happen for you.

Tips & Warnings:
* It is just the first step that is the hardest.
* If you really want success in your life, you will do whatever it takes and face your fears, one step at a time.
* Your life will be transformed once you overcome your fears. Take it easy and take baby steps.

How to Find the Superhero Within You?
Superhero’ s, I just love them and have since childhood. I have been watching DC Comics and Marvel productions following Heroes like Superman, The Incredible Hulk, The Avengers, etc. There is just something magical about having Super Human Powers to overcome challenges and to over power even the strongest of villains. Today’s article is about recognizing your favourite superhero’ s qualities within you and how you can use them to empower yourself in challenging times.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
Things you will Need:
* Your favourite Superhero.
* Find Empowering qualities/characteristics that you can relate to with your superhero.

Step 1
Pick a superhero who you can identify with. Carefully assess why you picked him or her? What is it about your hero that draws you to him or her?

Step 2
Now that you have picked your hero and have assessed the reason why, you have to look for similar characteristics within yourself. For example, if your favourite Superhero is Wolverine, the quality you share might be: a similar passion to fight for justice or physical strength and strong physique.

Step 3
Always look to your superhero especially when you are down in the dumps and remind yourself that Wolverine will never ever give up. Always remember that your superhero can do anything against all the odds and so can you if you are determined to overcome your challenges.

Tips & Warnings
* Compare qualities of your superhero and look for similar qualities that you share.
* Use your superhero to inspire and motivate you.
* Be realistic, Super heroes have superhuman powers and can do super extra ordinary things. For this exercise just use the empowering personality characteristics that you can relate to, to inspire greatness within you.

How to Create an Uplifting Morning Routine:
Having an uplifting morning routine helps you build yourself up for the day. It makes a big difference how you start your day. If you decide to create an uplifting routine it helps you deal better with the challenges that you will face for the day.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
Things you will Need:
* You and Life experience of what makes you happy

Step 1
Think of all the little things that automatically puts you in a great mood and start to implement that into your morning routine when you wake up in the mornings. If you love hearing the birds chirping, then you could just open your bedroom window and listen to the birds early in the morning. Do whatever makes you happy and make it part of your morning schedule.

Step 2
Try to incorporate some form of meditation, it could just be to sit and listen to relaxing music for 5 minutes while you wait for the kettle to boil. Daily meditation helps to quiet the soul and helps you focus on your goals ahead of you for the day.

Step 3
To exercise (or just going for a brisk walk) in the morning also helps to clear your mind and has a lot of health benefits as well.

Tips & Warnings
* Creating an uplifting morning routine will help build yourself up first and make you strong for the day ahead.
* Make small changes to your morning routine, you will reap the rewards when you try to build yourself up first.

The purpose of identifying 20 power songs is to motivate you when you need to get ahead in life to achieve your heart’s desires. The power songs you listen to will lift your mood and empower you so you can take action towards achieving your goals. When you are doing this exercise, think of music that will uplift and inspire you. Try to listen to these songs in the mornings if possible.

Things You’ll Need:

* Music
* Music Player

Step 1
Think of songs like Eye of the Tiger and We are the champions. These kind of songs will stir your emotions and is really uplifting to listen to when you need to feed your soul.

Step 2
Whenever you need some inspiration, these songs will instantly cheer you up and put you into a peak state of mind.

Step 3
When you start with your list of songs, think of all the songs that has helped you get through tough times and really made an impact on your life.

Tips & Warnings:
* When you have your 20 power songs, make it part of your morning routine as it will help set the tone for your day.
* Draw up your list, add upbeat songs and try to avoid sad love songs.

How to Have an Awsomely Different Life:
It takes courage to change your life. If you are not happy with the way things are at the moment, it is up to you to make a change. Before you do anything, you need to know what it is that you want in life.

Things You’ll Need:
* A coach or a mentor
* reading books on self improvement
* An open mind
* A willingness to change

Step 1
If you want to do something different then it helps to set clear, specific and measurable goals. Your goals will direct your life the way you want it to go and therefore it must really inspire you to make that change.

Step 2
After you have set your goals, draw up action steps that you will take to accomplish your goals. Think of at least 5 things you could do immediately to bring you closer to achieving your goals.

Step 3
When you set your goals, dream big and believe that anything is possible while you persistently take baby steps towards achieving your goals. As you take those baby steps, your life will change.

Tips & Warnings
* Dream big, set clear goals, the clearer they are the quicker it will realize for you.
* When you set your goals, make sure it resonates with what you want. If you try to follow someone else’s goals or dreams you will feel stuck and the challenges will be too overwhelming for you.

How to do the 10 Things in 10 Days Challenge
This exercise is to help your break your routine and introduce new and exciting things into your life. This challenge could introduce you to new and exciting opportunities.

Step 1
Think of 10 things you would really love to do but never make time to do. When you commit to doing this challenge, you must resolve to stick to it no matter what and complete this 10 day challenge. Do not try to go way out of your routine, but do someting different like for instance: ‘if you are an office worker like going out to an art gallery for lunch time’

Step 2
Set aside 10 days for yourself reserving at least an hour a day to do things on your list. Make that call or write that letter that you have been putting aside for so long to do. Whatever it is, challenge yourself to complete it.

Step 3
Get yourself an accountability partner who can help motivate you to complete this 10 day exercise.

Tips & Warnings
Just be open to do things different from your routine, you never know what opportunity it could hold for you.
This can be time challenging but it is a very rewarding exercise

This exercise will help you realize that life is wonderful and worth living. If you focus on things that makes you happy, you will see that there are many things which you can do that can uplift your spirits when you are down in the dumps. You will see that there are a lot of things which are truly priceless in your life.

Step 1
Think about all the little things that brings joy into your life, that really makes you happy, like a warm winter sun or ice cream on a hot day. Whatever it is, it is different for each and every individual.

Step 2
By doing this exercise, you will will fall in love with life again. You will realize that there are many things that can bring a smile to your face.

How to achieve success:
It takes some time to work on yourself and to achieve personal success. It has taken me about three years to complete this goal, to get my e-book ready to be launched. I am still working on improving myself to help my clients better.

Reading material that will help you grow as a person, working with a coach, attending seminars, conferences and workshops on personal development.

Step  1
Success is a journey. It is not an overnight experience. It starts by reading books on the kind of success you wish to have in your life.

Step 2
If you want financial success, you have to read books like Rich dad, Poor dad and think and grow rich and off course apply what you get from those books to your life to acquire a success mindset.

Step 3
Reading and attending workshops, get a coach that can help you with your goals and work out your action steps, which will help you on this journey.

* Books like: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, Sign up with a Coach,
* Attend seminars like UPW,
* Yes groups

* Success is a journey and only you can make a difference to your outcome of tomorrow.
